The 7 Rivers Recreation Guide is designed to promote the number of unique recreational opportunities in this region. The Guide is organized by categories of interest to easily allow the reader to locate all of the options available to them in our area. For example in the 2007 Guide,
Canoeing/Kayaking Rentals has nine businesses (2 in IA, 1 in MN and 4 in WI)
Canoeing/Kayaking has eight places to paddle (1 in IA and 7 in WI)
In 2008, the 7 Rivers Regional Recreation Guide strives to include more activities and locations throughout the entire region and possibly add an online searchable version of the Guide. |

Businesses and attractions can be submitted for inclusion in the 2008 7 Rivers Region Recreation Guide by completing and submitting the following form 7 Rivers Region Recreation Guide Business Submission Form. Business and attraction listings are free and included at the discretion of the publishers. A completed form must be received by the publishers no later than December 31, 2007 to be included in the 2008 Recreation Guide. Forms may be mailed, emailed or faxed to the address below. |

In 2002 based on research identifying the region and its unifying characteristics, the name 7 Rivers was created. The purpose of the 7 Rivers Region was to provide a unifying name to the businesses, residents and governmental entities of the towns, villages, cities, counties and states that are dependent upon one another for their shopping, tourism, employment and services.
The purpose of the 7 Rivers Region Visitors' Guide is take that original goal of the region to the next level. For more information on the 7 Rivers Region
